People Systems Support

About the role

Join SkyCity’s People Systems team in Auckland and gain hands‑on experience across HR technology, system administration, our learning platform, data management and team support. This fast‑paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, solving problems and supporting a high‑performing team behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HR‑related systems and tools, including the Learning Management System.
• Support data management processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to the People team.
• Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve system‑related issues quickly.

Required profile

• A passion for systems, structure and continuous improvement.
• Experience in general administration.
• Curiosity, initiative and a “let me figure that out” mindset.
• Positive energy and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capabilities, including XLOOKUP and complex formulas.
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience (preferred).
