People & Culture Summer Internship

About the role

Join ZURU Group’s People & Culture team for a dynamic summer internship running from mid‑November 2026 to mid‑February 2027. You will gain hands‑on exposure to both strategic and operational HR activities, working on projects that impact the entire employee journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes and internal training coordination.
• Assist with research for leadership capability, AI‑driven HR initiatives, and talent mapping.
• Contribute to performance review cycles, compliance templates, and global HR frameworks.
• Help create content such as "day in the life" videos and participate in social events.
• Collaborate across the People & Culture function to improve systems and processes.

Required profile

• Enrolled university student from any discipline with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Demonstrates grit, dedication, humility, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Interested in continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
