People & Culture Partner – ANZ Field Sales & Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Partner to support our ANZ Field Sales teams, New Zealand corporate functions and manufacturing operations. Based in Auckland, you will act as the local face of People & Culture, providing hands‑on business partnering across diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Australia and New Zealand field sales, corporate and manufacturing teams, offering practical advice on employee relations, performance, conduct, attendance and change matters.
• Guide managers through New Zealand employment legislation, industrial requirements and internal People & Culture processes.
• Build leadership capability at both frontline and senior levels through coaching and development initiatives.
• Support people programs covering performance management, learning and development, wellbeing, remuneration and employee engagement.
• Provide workforce planning, talent insights and data‑driven recommendations to align with ANZ commercial and NZ manufacturing priorities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law and industrial relations.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR business partnering.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on delivering clear, timely advice.
