About the role
The People & Culture Officer will join Qube Ports NZ’s people‑focused team, supporting employees across the country. This role offers the chance to develop an HR career within one of Australasia’s leading integrated logistics providers, working from a modern office on the Mount Maunganui harbour.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to staff throughout New Zealand.
- Assist in the delivery of people‑focused initiatives that enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and local employment legislation.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and onboarding processes as needed.
