People and Culture Executive (Full time)

About the role

Orbe is looking for a People and Culture Executive to lead talent strategy and nurture a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring a collaborative environment that aligns with our Mission 2024.

Key responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain work progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
• Identify skill gaps among employees and coordinate training programs.
• Create a positive work environment and strengthen organizational culture.
• Prepare and share employee work reports on a weekly or monthly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, HR recruiter, or similar role.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Passionate about fostering employee growth and a supportive work atmosphere.
• Commitment to the company’s mission as a collaborative partner.

• Salary range: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT per month.
