About the role

Join JD Sports as a part‑time Sales Assistant at Lynn Mall, working a roster of Sunday to Thursday shifts. You will be the front‑line ambassador for one of the world’s leading sports fashion retailers, delivering a memorable shopping experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, one‑to‑one customer service and assist with product queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest brands and product ranges.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual merchandising, store cleanliness and presentation.
• Escalate any customer complaints to management promptly.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar field.
• Passion for sports fashion and familiarity with key brands.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
