Organisational Development Lead

About the role

Powerco is seeking an Organisational Development Lead to translate strategy into practical tools, frameworks and interventions that strengthen capability and lift performance across the business. You will influence how leaders lead, teams work and change is embedded throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and embed organisational development initiatives that improve leadership routines, accountability and performance.
• Develop, maintain and promote OD frameworks, tools and approaches that are easy for leaders to apply.
• Use organisational insights and data to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted interventions.
• Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to support behavioural change, team effectiveness and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Collaborate with learning and people teams to turn capability needs into practical development pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering organisational development initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong diagnostic capability to identify organisational and leadership needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience designing and embedding frameworks, programmes or tools that improve leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A collaborative, practical style and a passion for helping leaders and teams perform at their best.
