Organisational Development Consultant

About the role

Join 2degrees as an Organisational Development Consultant and help shape the people experience that drives exceptional customer service. You will work with a team of OD practitioners to design and deliver initiatives that build leadership, digital confidence and AI capability across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and the People team to translate business needs into development solutions.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate workshops, learning experiences and development programmes.
• Use data and feedback to identify capability gaps and measure impact of interventions.
• Support AI, digital capability and future‑focused workforce initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and timelines.

Required profile

• Solid experience in organisational development, capability, learning or talent development within a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence a range of stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
