Operations Manager – Logistics & Customer Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead logistics and customer operations across New Zealand and the UK/Ireland. The role will oversee freight, warehousing, inventory coordination and service delivery, driving operational excellence in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational teams in customer service, logistics and warehousing.
• Manage freight, shipping and third‑party logistics relationships in NZ and the UK/Ireland.
• Support warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy and oversee stock management.
• Oversee customer operations, warranty processes and service escalations.
• Drive operational reporting, process improvement and documentation.
• Coordinate systems support and IT administration.
• Support health & safety, compliance and MPI transitional facility requirements.

Required profile

• Proven operational leadership experience in logistics or related fields.
• Collaborative leadership style that builds trust and engages teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Experience working across multiple operational functions and reporting.
