Operations Manager

About the role

Devoli is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and transform the way we serve our largest retail partners. You will own the operational model, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day delivery while driving cost‑to‑serve reductions and building scalable frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the operational model for retail partners.
• Develop and own SLA frameworks covering uptime, provisioning lead times and fault resolution.
• Lead major programmes such as migrations, product roll‑outs and automation initiatives.
• Identify high‑volume manual processes and drive automation or redesign.
• Partner with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to align commercial promises with operational delivery.
• Represent retail operational needs across Product, Software and Network teams, influencing the platform roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within telecom, SaaS or connectivity services.
• Track record of delivering cost‑to‑serve improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Strong cross‑functional influence and ability to work with product, engineering and network teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
