Online Assistant (Order Picking & Packing)

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will pick and pack online grocery orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and safety for our customers. You will work on the shop floor alongside colleagues to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area following health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
