Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our customers receive their grocery orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, supporting the online fulfilment process and ensuring a safe, friendly experience for teammates and shoppers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online grocery orders with accuracy, efficiency and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while following health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
