Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to pick and pack online orders for Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. The role involves ensuring orders are prepared accurately, efficiently and safely for our customers. You will work on the shop floor, collaborating with other departments to resolve stock issues and provide a smooth online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online grocery orders according to company standards.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
