About the role
As an Online Assistant you will pick and pack online grocery orders accurately, efficiently and safely for Woolworths customers across New Zealand. You will work closely with other store departments to resolve out‑of‑stock items, manage substitutions and answer online customer enquiries while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders ensuring correct items, quantities and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Communicate stock shortages, substitutions and other issues to relevant teams.
- Handle customer enquiries related to online orders promptly and courteously.
- Follow Woolworths processes and systems to support a seamless fulfilment experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
