About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, working night shifts to pick and pack online orders for our customers. You will be part of a friendly, energetic team that values safety, accuracy and great customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward health and safety for yourself and colleagues.
Required profile
- Understanding of good customer service principles.
- Ability to make customer‑first decisions aligned with company processes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on your feet for the entire shift.
- Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
