NOC Analyst

About the role

The NOC Analyst is responsible for delivering a world‑class experience to Atturra Group customers by providing real‑time technical expertise, ensuring rapid incident resolution and maintaining high first‑contact success rates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer access network services and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Manage incident and major incident processes, including coordination of outages, technical bridges, and war rooms.
• Maintain case management, track SLA performance and ensure thorough documentation.
• Provide professional services, communicate processes and costs, and fulfil service requests.
• Oversee inventory requirements, asset tracking and cost adherence.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities across the function.
• Proactively manage event detection, diagnosis and restoration for Atturra NZ network and infrastructure.
• Enable secure data‑centre access and ensure health & safety compliance for technicians.
• Take responsibility for personal performance development and support team growth.
