NOC Analyst

About the role

The NOC Analyst is a key member of the Atturra Group’s Network Operations Centre, providing real‑time technical expertise to ensure a world‑class experience for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for incident resolution, service requests and data‑centre access, driving first‑contact resolution and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational execution by managing customer access networks, resolving incidents and service requests promptly.
• Lead incident and major‑incident management, including coordination of outages, technical bridges and war‑rooms.
• Maintain case management processes, track SLA performance and ensure thorough documentation.
• Provide professional services, communicate processes and costs clearly, and fulfil service requests.
• Manage inventory, track assets and adhere to cost‑control processes.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities across the NOC function.
• Proactively monitor and manage network events, diagnose issues and mitigate risks.
• Support data‑centre access, ensuring health‑and‑safety certification and compliance for technicians.
