Mobile iOS Software Specialist – Manage My Money Tribe

About the role

ASB is looking for a passionate Mobile iOS Software Specialist to join the “Manage My Money” tribe. You will work in a cross‑functional Agile squad to design, build and maintain high‑quality iOS applications that help customers manage their finances securely and intuitively.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable iOS experiences using Swift, SwiftUI and Objective‑C.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure code quality, security, performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, test engineers and other developers to deliver customer‑focused features.
• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement within the mobile engineering practice.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge and champion best practices such as automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven initiative, problem‑solving ability and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude within an Agile environment.
• Experience delivering mobile solutions at enterprise scale, preferably in regulated or financial domains.

Required skills

• Swift, SwiftUI, Objective‑C, iOS SDK.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIPER).
• Dependency Injection, Swift Package Manager.
• Integration of RESTful APIs and JSON handling.
• Automated testing with XCTest (unit and UI).
• CI/CD tools, Git version control.
• Agile delivery methodologies.
• Secure coding practices for financial applications.
