Mid-Weight Designer (Auckland)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Weight Designer with at least four years of agency experience to join our Auckland‑based integrated agency. You will work across a diverse client roster, contributing to brand, advertising, digital, content and social projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites and digital content.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters and developers to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Manage your own project timelines while supporting the wider creative team.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure attention to detail in all deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• Strong digital design capability and a portfolio that showcases a range of media.
• Ability to work independently and contribute ideas in a collaborative setting.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for producing thoughtful, well‑crafted work.
