Media Search Analyst – English (Remote, NZ)

About the role

This part‑time, home‑based position lets you set your own schedule while evaluating media content for an innovative web‑based platform. You will assess music, video, and app‑store search results, applying market knowledge of New Zealand to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of diverse media tasks, including music, video, and home‑pod evaluations.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content, validating query intent and accuracy.
• Conduct online research to verify relevance of information for the New Zealand market.
• Complete a variety of task types such as news, audio, and relevance assessments.
• Adhere to quality‑assurance standards throughout the project.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Resident in New Zealand for at least one consecutive year.
• Familiarity with current and historical NZ business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Apple ID email address and experience with Apple products.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of trends in applications, music, and video.
• Reliable broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software.
• Independent, detail‑oriented work style with strong communication skills.
• High‑school diploma or higher preferred, though exceptional talent is welcomed.
