Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative Marketing Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day production of our marketing content and digital presence. Working closely with the Marketing & Showroom Manager, you will help bring our architecture and design products showroom to life across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and produce engaging content such as blogs, case studies, product news, e‑books and email campaigns.
• Manage social media channels: schedule posts, monitor comments and respond to messages.
• Maintain and update the website, upload new exhibitor content and refresh imagery.
• Source photography and stories from exhibitors and turn them into compelling marketing material.
• Create marketing collateral including event flyers, signage, posters and sales materials.
• Gather and analyse visitor, website and social media analytics.
• Support the planning and execution of the showroom’s event programme.

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, content creation or communications.
• Strong, efficient writer who can match brand voice and meet deadlines.
• Confident using social platforms and scheduling tools; proficient with Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with website CMSs such as WordPress is a plus.
• Basic photography skills or a willingness to learn.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Team player who enjoys working in a small, hands‑on business.
• Experience in architecture, design or construction is an advantage.
