Marketing & Communications Manager (Private & Sponsorships)

About the role

PwC New Zealand is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the external communications and marketing programme for its Private and Sponsorships division. Working closely with the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders, you will shape the strategic plan and ensure the PwC Private proposition reaches key audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the strategic marketing communications plan for PwC Private.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear, compelling marketing activities.
• Lead integrated communications across multiple channels, including thought leadership, media releases, research reports, digital content and campaign collateral.
• Create and coordinate content that engages target audiences and supports business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, share insights and refine future communications based on results.

Required profile

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably within professional services or an agency environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, client‑focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
