Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated internal and external campaigns across Auckland and Wellington. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies, support AI‑driven initiatives, and help the firm engage clients and employees with compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns that strengthen client relationships and showcase PwC’s differentiated value.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and specialist teams to create end‑to‑end strategies that drive engagement and support business growth.
• Act as a senior advisor on best‑practice go‑to‑market planning and campaign execution.
• Support innovative projects involving AI and emerging technologies within a fast‑changing environment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in service‑based sectors such as professional services, financial services, engineering or infrastructure.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to navigate large corporate structures, manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
• Strong written communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
