Manufacturing Quality SME - SAP S/4 Implementation

About the role

The Manufacturing Quality SME provides functional expertise and business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents and validates business requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Quality domain input across design, build and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements, including pain points and opportunities.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Take part in workshops and design discussions, and review proposed process and system changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
• Contribute to testing: scenario input, execution support, defect triage and outcome validation.
• Support change and readiness activities such as process documentation, training inputs, communications and adoption support.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and give regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Follow Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics and Human Resources policies and uphold its values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation or system-related initiatives.
• Able to document requirements and processes and turn business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities such as testing, training and implementation.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to travel on a routine basis.

Required skills

• Strong Manufacturing Quality functional knowledge.
• SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience is advantageous.
• Effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
