Manufacturing Operations SME - SAP S/4 Implementation

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support its ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team and business stakeholders, the SME provides functional expertise and business process knowledge, helping to design, document and validate processes and requirements, and contributing to readiness, testing and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Operations domain input across design, build and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements, including pain points and opportunities.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Take part in workshops and design discussions, and review proposed process and system changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
• Contribute to testing through scenario input, execution support, defect triage and outcome validation.
• Support change and readiness activities such as process documentation, training inputs, communications and adoption support.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and give regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Follow Kraft Heinz's food safety, environmental, health and safety, ethics and human resources policies and uphold its values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation or system-related initiatives.
• Able to document requirements and processes and turn business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities such as testing, training and implementation.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to travel on a routine basis.

Required skills

• Strong Manufacturing Operations functional knowledge.
• SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience is advantageous.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
