Manager – Organization & Workforce Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join its Organisation & Workforce Transformation (OWT) practice in New Zealand. The role will shape and grow Deloitte’s leadership practice across public and private sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and delivering high‑impact development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and scale leadership development offerings across public and private sectors.
• Identify and convert opportunities to expand the Change Collaborative programme within Health New Zealand.
• Develop and execute targeted growth strategies with senior leaders, workforce and OD teams, and executive sponsors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of programmes, bespoke engagements, partnerships, and contracted work.
• Collaborate with OWT colleagues, Partners, and Directors to embed leadership capability into broader transformation engagements.
• Develop deep, trust‑based relationships with executives, clinicians, and senior leaders across health, public, and private organisations.
• Represent Deloitte’s leadership practice at sector forums, leadership events, and client engagements.
• Design and deliver high‑impact leadership development programmes, workshops, and learning experiences.

• Senior, delivery‑focused professional who enjoys building leadership capability.
• Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and contribute to workforce, culture, and organisational transformation.
• Experience in building pipelines, deepening partnerships, and delivering high‑quality programmes.
• Comfort working with senior executives, clinicians, and change agents.
