About the role

Join Bonz Group as a Luxury Retail Sales Consultant in our flagship store in Queenstown. You will represent a long‑standing New Zealand luxury brand and deliver premium service to an international clientele. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building lasting client relationships and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑end service to customers visiting the flagship store.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international and local clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
• Maintain visual standards and product knowledge of the luxury brand.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
