Licensed Immigration Attorney (Remote, US‑licensed)

About the role

We are seeking a US‑licensed immigration attorney to join our remote legal team. You will manage end‑to‑end business immigration matters for high‑growth tech companies and collaborate directly with our product engineers to improve our immigration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead H‑1B, L‑1, E‑2, E‑3, O‑1, EB‑1A/B, PERM and related visa cases from intake to approval.
• Provide clear, strategic advice to founders, engineers and senior executives on immigration options.
• Ensure compliance with all US immigration regulations and maintain accurate case files.
• Identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities based on case experience.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to design and ship platform enhancements.

Required profile

• Active US bar admission and license to practice immigration law.
• Proven experience handling H‑1B, O‑1 and other employment‑based visa petitions for tech clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written communication skills for client correspondence and internal documentation.
