Ignite Your Success is looking for a Learning & Change Specialist to support individuals navigating personal and professional transitions. This remote, flexible position blends change enablement, learning design, and self‑leadership coaching to help clients achieve clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients seeking growth, facilitating insight‑driven conversations that promote mindset shifts and forward momentum.
• Apply proven learning and leadership development frameworks to support sustainable change.
• Help clients build confidence, self‑awareness, and personal capability through structured coaching.
• Attract and connect with new individuals via digital and professional platforms, sharing content that sparks curiosity.
• Utilise provided tools, templates, and messaging to deliver authentic, professional engagement.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance attraction‑based engagement skills.
• Continue personal development by exposure to leading change, learning, and leadership methodologies.

Required profile

• Background in learning & development, HR, education, coaching, training, leadership, or change‑focused roles.
• Passion for supporting people through transitions, growth, or reinvention.
• Curiosity about mindset, behaviour, identity, and human potential.
