Learning and Sales Development Trainer

About the role

As a Learning and Sales Development Trainer you will enhance the skills and knowledge of JB Hi-Fi’s workforce across Auckland and Wellington. You will design and deliver training programmes that align with organisational goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored training programmes for diverse teams and departments.
• Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of methodologies to ensure effective learning and retention.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics, and adjust programmes as needed.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify skill gaps and emerging training needs.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars and coaching sessions to promote best practices.
• Deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new starters across regions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and training techniques.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programmes.
• Strong collaboration skills with leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations (Auckland or Wellington).
