Lead Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to own and shape the frontend experience across our digital products, websites, and internal tools. The role blends deep technical frontend engineering with creative UI/UX execution, taking responsibility from early concept through build, release, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable UIs, reusable component libraries, and robust frontend structures.
• Drive user flows, interactions, and interface behavior to elevate the brand experience.
• Integrate backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and manage the UI through CI/CD pipelines to production.
• Collaborate closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to balance user needs with technical constraints.

Required profile

• Proven expertise building production‑grade applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).
• Strong responsive design skills with a solid grasp of accessibility, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Commercial experience working with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: practical WordPress experience, familiarity with Figma/design systems, motion/animation, and SEO best practices.
