Kitchen Designer

About the role

Join the Mitre 10 MEGA Glenfield team as a Kitchen Designer, helping customers create inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces. You will use our design tools to translate client requirements into practical, stylish layouts while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Design effective kitchen and bathroom layouts using WINNER design software.
• Prepare detailed specifications and quotations for customers.
• Maintain regular liaison with customers, providing updates on installation dates and progress.
• Deliver product advice and tips both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Collaborate with the showroom team, builders, suppliers and trade customers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Strong passion for customer service and ability to listen to client needs.
• Creative problem‑solving and lateral thinking.
• Ability to work under time‑sensitive pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and expand skill set, with any kitchen design experience considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WINNER design software.
