Key Account Manager – Retail Partner Growth

About the role

Electrolux Group is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead growth with a major retail partner in New Zealand. You will be responsible for delivering revenue, profit and market‑share targets by developing and executing commercial plans that align with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with key retail customers, driving sales performance.
• Develop and implement clear sales and marketing plans in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, category, supply and sales – to ensure effective in‑store execution.
• Analyse data and market insights to identify opportunities, manage risks and stay ahead of competitors.
• Lead regular customer meetings to review performance, forecasts and promotional activities.
• Manage account administration including pricing, rebates, forecasts and business cases.
• Monitor performance using sales, inventory and market data, and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consumer electronics, retail or a related product‑focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial decisions.
• Highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities.
