Key Account Manager – Omnichannel (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Based in our Auckland office, you will support the Commercial Manager in driving the success of L’Oréal Luxe across key department‑store accounts. You will act as a vital link between sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams, ensuring our luxury beauty brands thrive both online and offline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, creating and executing account plans to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in sales forecasting, measure monthly results and analyse trade plans to maximise volume, margin and ROI.
• Implement promotional plans flawlessly, manage trade spend and oversee daily administration such as invoices and new line submissions.
• Identify and develop opportunities to accelerate e‑retail presence through strong partnerships and joint business planning, delivering a seamless O+O customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven account‑management experience with a track record of driving growth in a similar role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, review results and manage budgets against KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder influence skills, capable of engaging internal and external partners.
• Omnichannel acumen with experience in both e‑commerce and brick‑and‑mortar retail environments.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
