Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at One NZ, you will drive growth of the enterprise portfolio by building trusted partnerships with high‑value customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and position One NZ as a digital partner that enables innovation and better outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic account plans to grow revenue within a defined portfolio.
• Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities by mapping key decision makers and strategic objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve high NPS scores and improve conversion rates.
• Prospect, develop, and close opportunities across mobile, fixed and ICT product lines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared sales targets.
• Report on targets and pipeline, demonstrating customer growth and loyalty.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills at all organisational levels.
• Proven account management experience delivering strong commercial results.
