About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Junior Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in a hybrid work setting across New Zealand. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, organise and maintain documents, records and reports.
- Handle correspondence, emails and internal communications.
- Assist with data entry, filing and database management.
- Coordinate office‑related activities and support operational processes.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Junior / associate level (0‑3+ years of experience).
- Previous administrative, office support or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Based in New Zealand with legal authorization to work full‑time.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
