About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Junior Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in a hybrid work setting across New Zealand. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, organise and maintain documents, records and reports.
  • Handle correspondence, emails and internal communications.
  • Assist with data entry, filing and database management.
  • Coordinate office‑related activities and support operational processes.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Junior / associate level (0‑3+ years of experience).
  • Previous administrative, office support or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Based in New Zealand with legal authorization to work full‑time.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
