IT Asset Management Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to join Ryman Healthcare in Russley, Canterbury. In this role you will help oversee thousands of devices across our villages and offices, turning data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets across 49 villages and office locations.
• Collect, clean and analyse asset data to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities and business teams to ensure effective lifecycle management of devices.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards that inform strategic planning and budgeting.
• Support the implementation of asset management tools and processes at scale.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage large volumes of information.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach.
• Interest in technology asset lifecycle and continuous improvement.
