About the role

Vendana is looking for a high‑energy International Sales Specialist to drive end‑to‑end sales in the medical transport and aviation sector. You will work remotely, building trust with clients facing urgent, emotionally charged situations and delivering tailored solutions under tight time constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for medical transport and aviation services.
• Engage and build relationships with clients in high‑pressure environments.
• Design customized solutions quickly and effectively.
• Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships worldwide.
• Represent Vendana confidently across global markets.
• Collaborate closely with an international team to achieve results.

Required profile

• Native‑level English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Additional language abilities are a plus.
• Resilient, fast‑thinking sales personality that is motivated, persistent, and persuasive.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work.
• Previous sales experience in international or high‑stakes environments (aviation/medical experience advantageous but not mandatory).
