Internal Account Manager – Major Accounts

About the role

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Internal Account Manager to act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of major accounts. You will support the sales process by delivering quotations, handling purchase orders, and providing high‑level administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations within SLA timelines.
• Process purchase orders and manage related administrative tasks such as loans, deal registration, and logistics.
• Drive attendance to Exclusive Networks events and webinars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, updating opportunity status and other relevant data.
• Assist with renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide administrative and sales support to external sales team members to help exceed targets.
• Coordinate the internal sales operational cycle, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression.
