Intermediate Civil Engineer (Land Development)

About the role

We are an established Auckland-based land development consultancy seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The role is newly created and focuses on delivering high-quality subdivision and land development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop subdivision, earthworks, roading, stormwater and flood-modelling solutions.
• Produce detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior directors and project teams to ensure design quality and project timelines.
• Support client interactions and contribute to repeat-business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years civil engineering experience in New Zealand land development.
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Strong motivation for land development and delivering quality outcomes.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD Civil 3D design capability.
