About the role
ACCIONA’s Information Systems Graduate Program for 2027 offers recent graduates the chance to start their career in New Zealand while contributing to regenerative infrastructure projects. The 12‑month programme combines real‑world project work, structured learning and global collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in three 4‑month rotations across ACCIONA’s infrastructure, renewable energy and water sectors.
- Support project teams with data analysis, system documentation and reporting.
- Engage in national induction, boot‑camp training and monthly “Lunch and Learn” sessions with senior leaders.
- Collaborate with a cohort of 200+ graduates from more than 10 countries and receive training from Comillas Pontifical University.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Information Systems or a related field.
- Graduated between 2024 and 2026 (within the last three years).
- Full working rights in New Zealand (resident, citizen or appropriate visa).
- Willingness to be mobile and work on construction projects locally, regionally or interstate.
