Implementation Consultant – Remote (NZ)

About the role

Gatekeeper is seeking an Implementation Consultant to serve as the primary technical contact for its New Zealand‑based customers. Working remotely, you will guide clients through the full lifecycle of the Gatekeeper platform, from initial setup to long‑term adoption, ensuring they achieve their compliance and risk‑management goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director to manage a portfolio of established customers.
• Own the end‑to‑end implementation journey, delivering phased milestones and driving platform adoption.
• Execute day‑to‑day technical actions such as configuration requests, workflow updates, user‑permission changes, and data imports.
• Translate customer business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows.
• Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Build deep relationships to understand strategic goals and act as the customer’s advocate within Gatekeeper.
• Monitor customer health, identify growth opportunities, and generate expansion leads.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience in a SaaS or technology‑implementation environment.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results against implementation metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on driving value and long‑term success for clients.
