About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment documentation and conduct pre‑employment checks.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Respond to HR queries across the business.
• Assist with incident reporting and conduct workplace inspections.
• Maintain health & safety systems, records and communications.
• Help with sustainability initiatives and compliance administration.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in HR, Health & Safety or a related field.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn.
• Enjoy problem‑solving and working with people.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable using AI tools and adaptable to change.
• Interest in the transport and logistics industry.
