Head of Enterprise Transformation

About the role

The Treasury is establishing a new Enterprise Transformation Team to accelerate its most critical change initiatives. As Head of Enterprise Transformation you will lead this team, partner with senior leaders and shape the way the organisation delivers its core work, leveraging digital, data and AI as key enablers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and lead the Enterprise Transformation Team until June 2027.
• Identify and accelerate high‑impact transformation shifts across the Treasury.
• Collaborate with senior executives to redesign processes in budgeting, performance and investment management, and economic analysis.
• Use digital, data and AI capabilities to enable change, without treating them as the sole strategy.
• Act as a catalyst for organisational change, helping leaders frame and prioritize transformation agendas.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading enterprise‑wide transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior government or public‑sector leaders.
• Strategic insight to translate emerging issues into actionable change.
• Ability to build lasting organisational capability for innovation.
