Head of Development & Integrations

About the role

The Head of Development & Integrations will lead Cyclone’s internal development and integration capability, setting technical standards, strengthening integration patterns and improving delivery quality to support future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration team, own architecture standards, integration patterns and platform direction.
• Govern priorities, releases, change control and delivery quality while overseeing reusable, well‑documented integrations.
• Improve platform stability, scalability, security and performance across key systems.
• Make recommendations on build, buy, partner, automate or SaaS solutions and ensure wise use of external partners.

Required profile

• Technically strong, commercially aware leader capable of creating clarity and improving systems.
• Proven ability to govern delivery, translate complex technical detail into business language and work with senior leaders, partners and vendors.

Required skills

• APIs, REST, middleware, data flows.NET/C#, SQL and modern web environments.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Azure SQL.
• DevOps, CI/CD, release management, monitoring and reliability.
