Hardware Support Engineer – Robotics Delivery & Packaging

About the role

Amazon Robotics is looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to join the Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation team. You will work directly with fulfillment center customers, providing on‑site technical support for advanced robotics and packaging systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for new product implementations, upgrades, routine hardware audits and troubleshooting of advanced robotics systems.
• Partner with product development, manufacturing and site‑level reliability, maintenance and engineering (RME) teams to maximise system performance.
• Identify, analyse and resolve mechanical and system issues across packaging and robotics platforms.
• Design and build electro‑mechanical tools, fixtures and proactive monitoring solutions.
• Develop diagnostic tools, preventative maintenance procedures and training content.
• Lead on‑site training sessions for RME teams and manage spare‑parts processes.
• Conduct safety, ergonomic and risk assessments and produce regular performance reports.
• Travel up to 50% to fulfil on‑site responsibilities.
