Graphic Designer for Destination Marketing Materials

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to create high‑impact marketing and stakeholder documents for a leading destination marketing organisation. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning Word or HTML files into polished, brand‑compliant InDesign layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce a briefing document and a destination strategy report (10–20 pages each) using Adobe InDesign.
• Apply established brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all pages.
• Integrate data, icons, and text to create clear, engaging, and accessible designs.
• Prepare final files for both digital distribution and print production.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
• Potentially work on additional projects such as brochures, campaign collateral, and stakeholder reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience with multi‑page document layout in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing reports, infographics, or presentation documents.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver professional, polished layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting a mid‑July 2026 first‑deliverable deadline.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing is a plus.
