Graphic Designer – Fixed-term Part-time (24 hrs/week)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high‑quality bid proposals, presentations and marketing collateral that are visually engaging and persuasive.
• Manage multiple design projects and tender timelines, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and operational stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain and update brand templates, design assets and content libraries to ensure consistency.
• Support social media content creation and other brand‑related design outputs as required.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in corporate, agency or fast‑moving environments.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can present ideas and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while adhering to brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
