Graduate Tax Programme – Wellington

About the role

PwC is seeking recent graduates to join its Tax team in Wellington. The graduate programme starts in February 2027 and offers the chance to work on a variety of tax‑related projects for both private clients and government bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to clients on complex tax rules and the tax implications of business decisions.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance activities.
• Engage with government agencies on tax policy matters.
• Support the implementation of technology‑enabled tax reporting solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree relevant to finance, accounting or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in tax.
