About the role

Join PwC’s Managed Services team in Wellington as a Graduate IT Operations Analyst. You will be at the heart of technology transformation, supporting day‑to‑day service delivery for clients and gaining exposure to cybersecurity and broader technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily service delivery, incident coordination and clear communication between clients, service delivery leads and technical teams.
• Handle service requests and incidents, coordinate changes and track actions.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and ensure technology services run effectively.
• Gain practical experience in managing technology‑enabled services and develop an understanding of cybersecurity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate ready to start as soon as possible.
• Customer‑facing attitude with a willingness to learn from experienced team members.
• Interest in technology operations and service management.
